DESCRIPTION:

The apartment is located in the Don Bosco residential area in Viareggio, one of the quietest areas of the town. Nearby you can find small supermarkets that will satisfy your every need, however, a 5-minute drive away you can find the nearest shopping center. The house is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach and immediately behind the pine forest, where during the hottest days you can find some shade and relax. Most of the bars and restaurants are located along the sea promenade which you can walk to in just 10 minutes. The house consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and in addition it is equipped with air conditioning. One of the best parts of the house is the terrace where in the evening, a glass of wine in hand, you can admire the magnificent landscape of the Apuan Alps mountain range.

Special classes can be booked in art, language, and cooking as well as wine tours, massage treatments, yoga, trekking and  E-bike rental, Cycling tours in Tuscany. We are at your disposal to organize a mini tour for any your requirements.

Up to 4 guests (no other guests on site) fresh linen and towels, weekly cleaning and linen change (Saturday), use of wifi and A/C.
