DESCRIPTION:

18th century farmhouse completely renovated in every detail with original period materials. Located in the hills at about 500 meters above sea level in the middle of unspoiled nature and completely isolated but only 2 km from the provincial road and 1 km from the village of Vitiana (municipality of Coreglia Antelminelli) prov. Lucca, 5 km from supermarkets and services, 8 km from the Terme di Bagni di Lucca, tennis courts and rafting. It is 30 minutes by car from Lucca and 50 minutes from Florence and Versilia. The structure comprises on the lower floor a large living room equipped with TV and sofa bed; equipped kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Outside there is a large covered veranda with table and chairs. The property includes a masonry swimming pool for exclusive use and a large area of ​​about 5000 square meters among the trees completely fenced. Ideal for couples and families, who want to live in privacy and silence in complete freedom and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps and the Apennines. Maximum 5 people.

Special classes can be booked in art, language, and cooking as well as wine tours, massage treatments, yoga, trekking and  E-bike rental, cycling tours in Tuscany, rafting, canyon park, horse ride and quad ride. We are at your disposal to organize a mini tour for any your requirements.

PRICE INCLUDES:

Up to 5 guests (no other guests on site) fresh linen and towels, weekly cleaning and linen change (Saturday), use of wifi and swimming pool.
